I’m sure you’ve seen those Fix and Flip TV shows on HGTV, well NOW you can have that done to your home and PAY NOTHING UPFRONT.
How It Works:
A) We first do an analysis on your home to come up with the right game plan/redesign for your home based on your home’s current condition and the highest priced comps in your neighborhood.
B) We then come up with a timeline and action plan to get the work done. We handle all the coordinating contractors and pay for all the work on the house.
C) Once we finish the upgrades and repairs, we professionally list your home on the market to help create a bidding war for your home. We get paid back for the repairs at closing and charge a typical Realtor fee, and you keep all the extra profits 😀.
Here is a real example of a past client who chose this FIX and LIST option.
Nancy and Jim’s home in Nampa was worth about $230,000 AS-IS. We came in and did $22,000 in upgrades and repairs (such as new kitchen and bathroom updates, new flooring, fresh paint, etc.), and staged the home with lovely furniture. This allowed us to sell their home for $305,000. Nancy and Jim took home over $40,000 MORE CASH at closing with this option.
